Welcome to the THROvacs Training Center, the home base for world-class throwers. Located in Hilliard, Ohio, our facility is built by throwers, for throwers — designed to deliver everything an athlete or coach needs to reach their next level.

Our center features multiple outdoor rings for shot put and discus, along with indoor throwing into a net for year-round training. Inside, you’ll find a world-class weight room outfitted with Rogue Fitness equipment, a mezzanine observation loft for coaches and spectators, and a showroom featuring the latest THROvacs products and throwing implements.

We regularly host small-group clinics, private sessions, and educational workshops for athletes and coaches of all levels. The THROvacs Club trains here daily — bringing together a community of driven throwers committed to mastering their craft.
